Blue Skies Property Maintenance was established in 2009, after owner and director Jeff Birt, identified a need in the market for a team of Property Maintenance professionals who would show up as promised, deliver on jobs as quoted, and maintain an outstanding level of communication and customer service.
With nearly twenty years in the building and construction industry, Jeff has developed a unique skill in being able to assess problems with a view to providing a practical and value-added solution. After consulting with home owners, facility managers and property managers, it became clear that with today's busy schedules, it was becoming more difficult for the To-Do lists to get "done".
