It all started with what my brothers and I thought was a simple thing - keeping our parents' yard tidy. This took us on a journey of dealing with providers who wouldn't turn up on time (or at all), constantly changing quotes, trying to call people who were always on the job and always dealing with inconsistent prices.

Our team were fantastic! They were extremely professional, worked really efficiently and completed the project much more quickly than I expected. We are super happy with our front lawn. These guys are always prompt and professional. The online sign-up was really user friendly, I can pay online and they let me set up service intervals for exactly what I need.
This service is really good I have a good team working on my house and grass and everything. They have patience and good work thank you all so much. These guys are great! Always on time and thorough. I needed service after our previous lawn care place wouldn't return my calls and they came out the next day.
Great gardening service! Lawn.com.au were very prompt to respond to our request for an estimate and the team even squeezed us in their busy schedule for the same week because we were in dire need of a yard work! The guys were on time, kind, genuine and did a fantastic job on our yard, which had not been worked on for months since we moved into our new home.

The team of guys worked really well together and they were all very friendly. I was very surprised how quick the job was done and how good the area looked when they had finished. No mess. Awesome job. I would certainly recommend them. Highly recommend these people. They arrived when they said they would, highly efficient team work well and they did a really good job pruning lilly pillys exactly as we wanted.

Worst vendor experience that I've ever encountered in many years of property management. They oversold their capabilities and under delivered in lawn care, accounting, customer service, and account management. A really horrible experience.

Do not use this company. They are a scam. 0/10. I was a customer since Spring 2020 to Summer 2021 and my services started off ok. I went with them because they provide yard maintenance and treatment services. They were Never able to get my weeds under control so if that is one of your goals you are better off just hiring them to cut and spraying it yourself or getting someone else to take care of weed control. For the price I was paying I definitely expected better. The major issue was their mowers damaged my fence in multiple places. I paid to have my fence fixed twice after it was knocked over

Every service, they do an incredible job on our lawn. They never cut corners- they always go above and beyond for us. The office staff is awesome and super responsive. I couldn’t be happier with this service. In two years, we have never had a single issue! Only complete satisfaction!

I highly recommend Lawn.com. The mowing, trimming and blowing has been terrific. Everything is neat and clean when completed - especially in areas where I have ivy that frequently needs trimmed so it doesn't become unruly. I like the fact that the same person comes each time as he knows the important little things to be aware. He's also very polite and professional. Based on Lawn.com's treatment of my yard, my next door neighbor, who has been using a different service for years, has expressed interest in the service since they said our yard treatment clearly is better than theirs!

Do not hire this company. We moved into our new home a few months ago and completely renovated our yard as it had been left unattended for 2 years. I personally spent a lot of time, money, and effort seeding the front and back grass with tall fescue.
Worst mistake was hiring these guys as they cut the grass too low and well below recommended 3-4 inches. Second scheduled maintenance they damaged my yard and my neighbors. Neighbor said specifically, "The guys look like they were playing around and should have at least asked me about coming on my property to try and get over to yours."
