Terrible doctors and service, waited for over an hour because the doctor was running late, then after discussing my problems for all of 2 minutes he said he didnt have time and I would have to book another appointment.
Rude and unprofessional I would not suggest booking here

The absolute worst service I have ever received. I saw the doctor after having very swollen glands and she sent me away telling me I had to take neurofen for the pain and that I had an infection which may be the mumps. Did not tell me any information about it at all, any risks or how I should go about staying at home for how long or whether my immunity to MMR was effected. She was unsure whther it was bacterial or viral but did not want to give antibiotics. Did no tests whatsoever while I was there. Evidently I went to another doctor who immediately prescribed me antibiotics and provided way more

My partner had an extremely poor experience bordering on the traumatizing after the doctor they saw (Ifunanya Ijeneme) after an extended wait was both rude and insensitive about a past termination they went through during an appointment that had absolutely nothing to do with the termination.
Their past experience with this practice regarding said pregnancy was extremely negative and traumatic, with how they approached the situation with no care or consideration towards the many options that surround such things. Instead prolonging this stressful and emotional time.
Absolutely pathetic practice

Quite simply, I have always had the best care at this practise. Good opening hours and no problem getting an appointment. Dr. Kavita is an amazing doctor as are the others, I have need to attend this practise at least once per month and have always been pleased with the service from the smiling helpful receptionists to the un-rushed attention of the doctors and nurses. Thank you.

I can’t thank Dr. Humera Khanum enough, she has been BRILLIANT ! I found her very careful, qualified and sympathetic. In addition to treating a disease she does her best to understand what the disease was caused by. Nowadays It’s not obvious to find a doctor oriented towards prevention.
A big thanks to the clerical officers as well for being always professional and very helpful.

Terrible Terrible practice! As a 21 year old female I was not taken seriously. One male doctor did not believe me when I stated that I have had a tight chest and a bad cough for 2/3 weeks. He conducted a spirometry test after I suggested it to test for asthma. His words were "your spirometry test is normal, no issues here. Your chest is clear" -after holding the stethoscope to me chest for 1.5 seconds. He prescribed me antibiotics (NOT NEEDED) and said that if my cough did not go away I A FEW MORE WEEKS then I should come back. Finally got a second opinion and I was diagnosed with asthma ON THE

It's been 8 months I've been coming to Cambridge medical, I always had a great experience. Reception girls to Doctors everyone is lovely.
The GP DR KAVITA KANODIA I always see when I need to visit Cambridge she is a highly responsible doc and always looks after her patients. She always gives me and my husband follow-ups and she is very concerned about our medical problems.
I appreciate the efforts she puts on her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr Kavita for nearly 5 years, and I feel so thankful to her. She helped me a lot . She is very professional and so kind to me. I feel happy and lucky to have such a nice doctor as my family’s doctor!

I attended this practice with what has now been discovered as psoriasis. Dr Monica treated myself, when discussing my condition and concerns with Dr Monica she was in every instance dismissive. She then went to tell me I had an STI that looks quite similar to psoriasis, I advised her this was not possible. She didn’t believe me and on pure culture bias sent me to get an STI test, once completed the Dr who had written in to follow up with me didn’t call. I called the practice and the receptionist was confused advising that I had not booked a telephone conference with the Dr. Then when speaking

I have been coming to this practice since February. Appointments are easy to book, bulk billed and are always available same day. Dr Kavita Kanodia is a kind and caring doctor and takes the time to actually listen. Very friendly staff at reception and always greeted with a smile. Highly recommend this practice.
