AD BUILD, trading as Anthony Duncan Builders Pty Ltd, is a small domestic and commercial building company based in Eagle Point, between Bairnsdale and Paynesville, on the Gippsland Lakes, in East Gippsland, Victoria. AD BUILD specialises in building custom detailed homes in the Paynesville district.
The company began in 1996 with Anthony Duncan as its sole employee. After completing his building apprenticeship with HR Turner and Sons Pty Ltd in Paynesville, Anthony made the decision to become an independent registered builder after Bill's retirement in 1995. AD BUILD has grown since this time and has continued to hold the values of building high quality homes with attention to detail.
