We at the Elm Motel take great pride in providing excellent, quality service. Wonderful, cosy, comfortable beds in a lovely homely, well appointed room that you won't want to leave. We booked a room and asked that we have space for a car and trailer without disconnecting. When we arrived at approx. 4:30pm there was no-one in attendance. We had to make two phone calls to get someone there to assist. The gentleman did not have a very good command of english so he rang the boss. It is very difficult having a three sided conversation. The area allocated to park was not a large enough area and there was already a car parked there. We asked to see the room and was totally ignored as he didn't know what we were asking. We left and went elsewhere but the management still had the audacity

Ok for on a budget. We didn't get to experience customer service as we arrived quite late. Only a couple of gripes:
- There was nowhere to hang up clothes in the bathroom. There's 3 of us so we'd want some privacy at least.
- The shower kept going cold. It would go cold, hot again, then cold, and hot again. Very inconsistent.
- The wifi is really slow. My mobile data was running a lot better so I just used that instead.

The accommodation was clean and reasonable value for the money. There were noisy guests late at night, but that wasn't the proprietors fault. The central court yard was fairly basic, with builders rubble & not much planting. However, be warned that there is a $25 surcharge if you don't wash your dishes. Apparently there was a sign on the wall which we missed.
