Great food but bad staff experience
We visited when it's not very busy time. Wed 5:30pm.
I am generally very generous with starts so I still give you two stars for quality of food but I am sorry to say male staff was very unexperienced and no energy to work there or it was his first time working there.
Here is few points to raise.
- no real greeting when we entered.
- provided candle to all other table but ours until we asked.
- no smile on the face whatsoever
- minimum interaction when we are ordering.
- ordered pho and staff forgot beansprouts and sauce until we finished.(pho was good

My friends and I went to Moonlight Restaurant to celebrate my birthday last Sunday. The restaurant was nicely decorated and with a lovely atmosphere. We had a nice walk at the Woolwich pier area and then had lunch. The food was amazingly delicious. The restaurant staff Amy was so attentive and nice. She even decorated our table with birthday balloons and flowers. So lovely of her, thank you Amy. Will definitely go back soon.

We ordered four courses and all were beyond our expectations！The ingrediants were so fresh and it adds the tastiness. Chef's signature Pancake is a must try！Fried rice is also what you don't want to miss. We would like to take our friends there！The restaurant is extremely clean. The lighting and background piano make us so relaxed. Wine is a good match to this cosy atmosphere！
