The Studio Principal, Bel Williamson shares with students over 30 years of dance experience. Belinda has danced since the age of 3, where she studied Ballet, Jazz, and Tap. She has completed exams in all genres with outstanding results. Bel holds her CSTD Modern Jazz Teachers diploma and is a full member of the CSTD.
She also holds a BA Business majoring in IT and marketing. In 2011 and 2012 Belinda travelled to New York to attend an intensive teacher workshop run by Broadway Dance Centre. This fully accredited and certified course gave Belinda an array of knowledge across all dance genres and fresh choreography and techniques to bring back to NSD students.

A place to call your second home. Super supportive atmosphere creating a second family sharing the love of all things Dance! Love going to class every week! Northside School of Dance provides a wonderful opportunity for my daughter to enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle doing activities she loves with very supportive and caring teachers.
Our mummy and me classes are a 30 minute class once a week that combines imagination, movement, musicality and of course dance all while mum is learning right along side of us. Our Tiny Dancers class focuses on learning and growing in a fun and safe environment. We help our dancers to develop fine motor skills, balance, musicality, movement and of course a love of dance.
There are NO REFUNDS in part or whole should you choose not to partake in the end of year concert and have made concert payments. Northside School of Dance is committed to offer a 12 month dance program, with each genre specially formulated to compliment the school education calendar. However we do understand that circumstances may change from time to time.
NSD offers a school pick up program for Eagle Junction State School students. This is a FREE service that allows students to be picked up directly after school and walked to the studio for their classes by a Northside School of Dance teacher. Grade 2 - 6 Students will meet at the sundial near Roseby Ave.
All of our students wear uniforms as part of their dance journey. This ensures that are in the proper attire for dance while also feeling part of a team. Uniforms (leotards, shorts, sock and tights) can be purchased directly from NSD ONLINE SHOP. Shoes will be available to be fitted and order at the studio.

My 6 year old absolutely adores NSD and insists on them even though it’s a half hour drive and there’s a school around the corner so that says something! She’s also loved joining performance group this year and getting to perform! Just waiting for her brother to turn 2 in April and I’m sure he’ll love it too ❤️

My daughter has been with NSD since she was 3 years old. It is the highlight of her week. The team are very professional and she has learnt so much in the past 3 years. The main reason we love it so much is the sense of community we feel. It's like a family and everyone supports and helps each other.

Amazing dance school, the boutique studio style helps to make sure every child is recognised and given proper assistance and help when it’s needed. The studio is a second home to everyone and everyone is able to make really strong connections and friendships with their classmates. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting their child to be in a welcoming and homely environment for dance
