Southerly Fishing Charters prides itself on being a family run business that offers all kinds of fishing trips and marine tours. Our skipper, Clint (Wilba) Wilson, has fished Port MacDonnell waters all his life. He has 19 years under his belt of being the skipper of the vessel Tharah doing both commercial and recreational fishing.
Clint and his helpful crew Andy (Spuddy) will endeavour to make it an experience you will never forget. The boat Tharah is 52ft long and 17ft wide aluminium boat, with seating, shelter and toilet faciities provided to ensure that your trip is comfortable and enjoyable. Southerly Fishing Charters is for the inexperienced, experienced, sightsee-ers, bird watchers and the whole family.

Services
We understand that some people can't get a whole group together. We keep a record of persons interested in going on a charter ensuring that everyone will get out on a trip. Yes, as we also have kids of our own who love to get on the sea we understand that they don't like missing out on the fun. All responsibilities and supervision must be by a parent/guardian as we have other responsibilities to attend to whilst we are at sea.

What happens when a couple of middle aged country bums go on a fishing expedition with a bloke called Wilbur? We had a blast, the frezzer is full and we have made some more great memories.
