The practice is based in the Western district of Sydney, NSW. Concise Architectural Drafting Designs brings together the skills of contemporary, modern and traditional styles of architecture. With over 20 years experience my creativity, versatility and commitment to design excellence. Past projects are found in the Sydney area, Blue Mountains and as far as Little Hartley.
The devil is in the detail. Some builders do not specify all details when contract signed as so there is a cost blowout when drawings have commenced and site inspection done. Costs can grow up to as much as 20%. To get the price of the home at the lowest price they make the trades do the dwelling at the most cheapest price, meaning there are cost cuttings which reflect on final finish of the product.

The client came to us with an existing 2 bedroom dwelling on the front of the site. The existing dwelling was built before 1910 and was lovingly restored to its former glory. The client wanted another dwelling at the rear for a detached dual occupancy. The zoning was 2D for full 2 storeys with maximum wall height of 6.5m with the building envelopes.
There are a number of areas in Sydney which are being listed as having heritage significance. Concise Architectural Drafting Designs can provide design advice on renovating and additions to homes in conservation listed areas. Heritage listed homes are listed by the Heritage Council of NSW. These homes have had a significant past in there said area.
