Personally very unprofessional to deal with. My partner and I were blamed for previous damages/wear and tear on the property that were there before we moved in and had been threatened to have money deducted from our bond before being given the chance to rectify any concerns they had. Due to incompetence, multiple phone calls were required to Aran in attempt to have clarification on their concerns of our vacate of the property to be informed that our contacting him was an inconvenience as he is busy and to never be in contact with the real estate again. Uninformative and clueless, very bad experience
