Murray was excellent in all respects. He explained clearly costs and the selling process and offered tips on presentation that paid dividends. The eventual selling price was what I wanted. Murray and his team were responsive to my special needs as I am totally deaf. The overall charges were very reasonable and I recommend this agency.

We initially had Anita at the start of our tenancy and she was great to deal with, Kristen took over later on and was brilliant to liase with if we needed anything sorted.
We truly enjoyed being their tenants and were sad to end the agreement but we found our forever home.

Murray went above and beyond to sell our 2x1 unit in Orelia, we'd been told by other RE agents that it wouldn't sell for what we wanted. He helped us get on board with the Openn system which closed out the final sale price well over our reserve! I highly recommend him to sell your property if you want a good result! Great communication and everything was done digitally at our request until the final signature, great for interstate buyers/sellers.

I have never rented through a company as exceptional as Wellington and barber!
They are amazing to deal with and the staff are lovely.
Anita Hamilton was our agent and she is by far the most amazing and lovely property manager and person I have ever met!
She is always so chatty and friendly at inspections and doesn't speak to you like your just a tenant.
She follows up on any issues immediately and always communicates with you to let you know what's going on.
We are so sad to be leaving Anita but we may see you again one day 😊
