Aldom was established in 1975, by two work colleagues, Albert and Dominic who identified that individuals and businesses were trying to find someone that could either bring their ideas to light or solve very specific transport vehicle problems. These same people complained that the existing motor body businesses were not interested in helping and Albert and Dominic formed Aldom Motor Body Builders, the original business name.

ALDOM Transport Engineering - Furniture Pantech Bodies are industry leaders from traditional Pantechnicon / Pantech wall systems due to their strength from its intelligent design. Our Panelock bodies are strong, lightweight and easily repaired if damaged with our side combings, corners and caps which we always have in stock.
ALDOM Refrigerated Bodies we pride ourselves on making refrigerated bodies from all Australian materials which make us different from others. All bodies are made from a choice of steel, aluminium or fibreglass flooring, ranging in size from 2 pallets to even 14 pallet capacity with the panels made by us.
ALDOM Trays are anything but standard, we have so many variations and applications, from a flatbed with a headboard to complex toolboxes, cranes, step-in access wells, built-in generators and compressors, there is no limit to what we can design and build.
All ALDOM Trays are built tough, designed for the harshest of Australia's environments, fitted with tie rails, cab height headboard with 600mm high bash plate, 30mm coaming lip, access steps both sides front and rear with an underrun bar to suit the rear (tow bar independent).Aldom uses original OEM lights unless otherwise requested.

In 2016 I set spin a mission to build a new racing transporter for our operation. I spoke with every possible body builder that I thought were suitable to do the job. And now that my be-spoke custom project is finished I am truly glad that I chose Aldom motor body builders to build our transporter. I think it's the best in Australia. The attention to detail in my mind is 2nd to none. I look forward to having our 2nd built by them also. The customer service was super.
