Very bad experience!
Joanne comes across as not genuine, not baby friendly, hardly spent time with the child and quick to judge. Not to mention charges a fortune. Also, no replies to follow up emails. To me it seems to be just to make money and not competent. Since coming there, we have seen other speech therapists with much more positive experience.
