Services
Our team is comprised of Accredited Practicing Dietitians with specialist experience in a variety of different health areas. Our team includes our in house dietitians, Adelle and Luca; and our outsourced dietitians: Renee, Gabriela and Anna. We are all passionate about health and nutrition and each one of us provides evidenced-based nutrition advice across a variety of specialties.
Between us, our team has a great deal of professional training and hands-on experience. But we have found that the best way to impart our knowledge is through structured, well defined service delivery. We believe that nothing happens in isolation, and so a simple thing like misinterpreting a nutritional label can lead to complications if for example sugar intake is critical to your eating plan.
For example: milk allergy is a response to the milk protein casein. Allergies can be very severe and even life-threatening. Food Intolerance is a hypersensitive reaction to a food chemical (natural or unnatural) or nutrient. For example: lactose intolerance is a reaction to lactose, a carbohydrate found in milk, usually because the body does not have sufficient enzyme (lactase) to breakdown lactose.
