I let in Cremorne for 1.5yrs with Gary Triganza as the Property Manager. I found Gary very professional from initial paperwork through to end of tenancy. There were a few minor property repairs required which Gary arranged quickly, was responsive over email, and followed up callouts to assess my satisfaction of work done to continually improve his tradespeople subcontractor base. Reception were helpful when Gary was out too. I really can't fault the team and have no hesistation to recommend them -- 5-stars!

The team at Miles Felstead have been absolutely fantastic to deal with over my last two years of renting through them. In particular, I'd like to acknowledge the tireless efforts of Gary Triganza as the Property Manager for the beautiful flat I called home. This is the worst Real Estate I have ever had to deal with. Excessive rent increases, no action on repairs, excessive inspections with no options of arranging appropriate times, agent uses aggressive and intimidating tactics and refuses to leave rental premises when asked and uses keys to enter the property unannounced
