Occupational therapy at Play Learn Bloom is designed to assist children to achieve their full potential in all aspects of their day to day living. Self care skills, e.g. Executive function, e.g. Helping children achieve their developmental milestones such as fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

Educating and involving parents, carers and others to facilitate the normal development and learning of children. We are registered with Helping Children with Autism, Better Start, Medicare and Health Insurance providers. Play Learn Bloom works with children who have difficulties accessing or participating in either the home, school or community environments.
Services
Play Learn Bloom Developmental Therapies was established by Natalie Kaiser. Natalie is an occupational therapist who is passionate about practically assisting parents maximise their child's potential. Play Learn Bloom's vision is to help children, through play, reach their developmental and learning potential and bloom.
Better Start for Children with a Disability and Health Insurance Providers. We are also able to see children who are accessing the NDIS and are self-managed and plan-managed. Children can be referred by parents, teachers, or health professionals. A referral from a GP is only required if you're accessing Medicare funding.
The NDIS takes a flexible, whole-of-life approach working with participants, their families and carers, to develop individualised plans. The NDIS provides participants with more choice and control over how, when and where their supports are provided. If you are accessing the NDIS with self-managed or plan-managed funds Play Learn Bloom is able to provide you services.
We are registered with private health insurers. The amount refunded will be dependent on your level of cover. We recommended that you speak with your insurer to find out your rebate. Play Learn Bloom is registered with Medicare to provide services under the Chronic Disease Management Plan (previously known as the Enhanced Primary Care Plan).
Many young children and children with special needs prefer things to stay the same, especially their routines. The use of visual supports, specifically visual timetables and schedules, can decrease anxiety and increase understanding in children. Why use a timetable or schedule? When children prefer routine and same-ness they can become anxious when they do not know what is going to happen next or what to expect throughout the day.
