As a landlord they were terrible. We were not told the tenants were constantly late, the property manager refused to answer our calls, if we left a voice message she told us she never listened to them. The owner of the real estate was extremely rude to us. They didn’t pay our bills on time and we were getting final warnings sent to us. Didn’t listen to our instructions re maintenance. Absolutely a nightmare.

Rented with them for 6 months - the owner lived next door which was not disclosed before we moved in. Had to deal with the landlord for everything instead of property manager - landlord was very nosey!
$700 taken from our bond for leaves in the garden-bed and a "dirty oven" - oven was not dirty and this was not on our outgoing inspection report. Rip off, money hungry.
Basically impossible to get our property manager to respond to emails, answer the phone or call us back when we are repeatedly told she will call us back when she is free.
Frustrating and stressful experience. They still owe us
