I have to say, I had a few options in terms of offers for a rental, but you guys were by far the best and easiest to deal with!! Stress free, was an absolute no brainer!! Absolute legends!!
I cannot speak highly enough of Danielle and Alyssa, and I’m sure the rest of your team are just as amazing!! It was a pretty stressful time being transferred and given a start date with nowhere to live, throw in my 2 service dogs, it sometimes makes getting rentals extremely difficult!! You guys made it as easy as it could possibly be and I can’t thank you enough!!

Had the worst rental experience with Now Leasing NT. Wasn’t friendly, not responsive and never got the maintenance done when we requested.
Tried to deduct our bond money saying heaps of lies and end of the lease luckily we could prove without a doubt.
Had to give reminders and keep checking on our bond release and hardly got responses and it took a month to repay.
Hence there are lots of good reviews, wondering my agent was being racist or hating us for no reason!
Not recommending and we literally can feel that difference after dealing with couple of other leasing agents.

NOW Leasing is certainly the best company that I have leased through since moving to the NT over 6 years ago, utilising many different leasing companies over that time. Their entire team has been nothing short of amazing since the very beginning, and throughout the entire leasing period.
They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, very responsive to all enquires, and are a star in the property management field.
I would not hesitate at all, to 100% recommend them to anyone looking to lease a property.

Its a comfort to rent through this team, they make you feel safe and valued as a renter and its not just about the owners. The whole team here have been absolutely amazing! They are now managing our Darwin investment property whilst we live interstate. We have used NOW Leasing for approximately 3 years. Never have we been dissapointed with this company. Will get you good tenants, and quickly, responds to your questions in a timely manner, renta always on time, their account keeping is exemplary, staff are excellent. Lucky they are the only great agency up here or there may too many to choose from lol. Thoroughly reccomended business!!!!!
