Extremely disappointed with Jim and his team. We were charged for delivery and set up but chairs were just delivered. We attempted to set up ourselves but no good. We had Jim arrange to have someone come and set them up and then the back of one of the chairs still fell off. When i called Jim to inform him of this he quickly accused my father of unbolting the back of the chair and he wanted another service fee. I tried to explain to him that my father can’t unscrew anything as his hands don’t function and he has dementia. He then claimed thats what his people told him. In actual fact

We can only go to this shop on a Saturday since my wife works. I was dumbfounded when the shop attendant flatly refused to fit two new tyres on my wheelchair. He was really unhelpful and rude. I won’t be heading back there anytime soon Also couldn’t fathom that the shop has the narrowest disabled park and no wheelchair access to the store.

I came in today to look for a walker for my grandma. Blair was absolutely amazing to work with. He guided me through the entire process ensuring that I got the perfect walker for my grandma's height and weight. He showed me how she should use it to ensure she wouldn't fall as well as how to navigate steps when she's out and about.
He pointed me in the direction of a government service I could apply for to receive additional help from home, without him i would've had no idea. Can't recommend him and the store enough. Thank you so much Blair!
