Why should you appoint us to handle your next real estate transaction? It is in your best interests to appoint a licensed Conveyancer to act for you as soon as practicable before you sign or immediately thereafter executing an Offer and Acceptance contract. The Conveyancer or Settlement Agents role is to review and prepare the legal documentation necessary to effect settlement.
Can I choose an independent settlement agent to look after my best interests? Yes, you certainly can and if you have already nominated another Settlement Agent on the Offer and Acceptance contract, you have the right to change your nominated Settlement Agent at any time throughout the settlement process.
