Trent was born to fish. He has been hooked since reeling in his first fish at the age of two and has spent his life on or near the water, always with a rod close by. Trent has been a commercial fisherman for 18 years and loves to share his knowledge and expertise with anyone keen to listen.

Services
Nautic Boy has a large undercover deck area, clean toilet facilities and seating for all 12 passengers. Fishing methods include bottom fishing, float lining, trolling, hard bodied lure and soft plastic fishing, live bait fishing and drift fishing for all popular varieties of reef and game fish. All equipment and light refreshments are provided.
Top Catch Charters half, three quarter and full day fishing charters and 4 hour whale watching prices. A quick but exciting fishing trip for people short on time or who just want to get out on the water and enjoy this beautiful stretch of coastline. We depart early morning from the marina and travel out to either the Caloundra wide area or the Barwon Banks, this will depend on where the fish are biting and the weather conditions.
Gift vouchers are available for all our charters and make a great present, either for the serious fisherman or just to give someone a unique experience. Vouchers are valid for 1 year and the holder has the option of upgrading to a longer trip if they choose. The voucher comes presented in an envelope with our full colour brochure attached.

Spent a fantastic day fishing offshore. The guys were very friendly and helpful. Always around to teach and give a hand. They do their best to have everybody enjoy the day and bring some fish for dinner. They definitely know their stuff. Most of the fishing spots that they anchored on were quite productive. Dropping some crab pots for spanner crabs on the way, then boiling them and sharing them among all of us, was a nice touch too. We saw whales and dolphins, which made the day even more exciting. I will definitely call them again next time I want to go offshore for fishing.

This is my 2nd time fishing with them. Good experience as they boys r good n friendly. Telling us about what to do n not to do, where to fish , blah blah blah. We saw whales, n dolphin swam to our boat all day so I managed to feed n touch it . I got 3 fishes by myself, happy for that. Really cool day. I recommended these guys if u wanna go to cruise fishing when you come to sunshine coast. Just give them a call and they will bring you out there for great fishing. Thanks for the experience today Guyz 🙏.

Took my son for his 16th birthday, and he said to me on the way home, we have to do that again. He caught more keepers than anyone else and that was a below average day. Trent is a very knowledgeable, patient and just an overall top bloke. Great boat, great gear, and an overall great day. The crabbing was a bonus. Thanks Trent, we'll be back every year. Just want to say a massive thanks to Trent and his crew for an amazing day out on the water last Sunday. the trip couldn't have gone better , we took home a great catch of fish and crabs ,the facilities on board were spot on . Great size boat with plenty of room and great fishing gear made the journey much more enjoyable, i will definitely be booking another day in the future and highly recommended if your looking for a great day out .

Highly recommend the team at Top Catch Charters. Great communication through the booking process as we picked a week with some very average weather off shore.
Trent kept in contact each day, until it was finally good enough for us to all get out.
Trent and Jarvo did a fantastic job of looking after everyone on the boat and making sure everyone was having a good time. They would explain a lot about target species (fish and crabs) as well as the equipment used.
To top it off, my son managed to get his first legal Venus Tuskfish to add to his list of fish caught so no complaints from him.
