I ordered flowers last year for delivery for my mum's birthday on a set date. The florist wasn't able to receive the roses in time so sent me an email saying they were going to send out the flowers a day late. I asked for a refund which I promptly received. However I'm very disappointed they didn't call or text me to ask if I'm OK for a substitute flower type so I could get delivery on the same day so rated 3 stars.

My mother lives in Peakhurst, I've lived in Suffolk UK for 30 years. I've used the service of many other florists over the years, none of them even come close to Dragonfly & Magnolia. The arrangements are always spectacular, they might not be the cheapest, but why you send someone you love an average bunch of flowers. Honestly, this business is the best.

Absolutely beautiful arrangement by Dianna, Dragonfly & Magnolia Sustainable Florist. I placed an order from Qld and I couldn't have been happier with the warm, friendly and personalised service along with the abundance of beautiful flowers in the cottage garden hat box container.
