A difficult company to deal with. Expensive too; most companies include the first 15-30 minutes in their call out fee. Needs decent competition and attitudes might change. I see from other reviews that their responses are targeted. Don’t deal with them and you’ll not have a problem!

I've been using Julian's for nearly 30 years & always had great, friendly & good value service. I hate modern throw away attitudes, love getting things fixed & they have kept assorted bits & pieces working for me for years, both as a former business owner & now privately, & they have always been honest with me about when it really is time to give up & buy something new!! Thanks Sam for saving my wonderful 40yo oven & fixing the stove last week. Keep up the good work

Terrible customer service.
We had a technician come out to assess a dryer for repair in spring 2020. We were told there would be a call out fee payable on the day. On the day the technician said they were not equipped to take in home payments and that we would have to call to arrange payment. After receiving our quote we decided to not go ahead with the repair and called the business to inform them as such and pay the call out fee. This time we were told they were unable to take phone payments and an invoice would be mailed out to us. We waited and waited for an invoice and eventually forgot about

I am not an abusive person.Pleading with a company to be listened to is not abuse. I've been treated very unfairly by this company. They entered my property without my consent. I was not informed by them or the real estate agent that they were coming and then was expected to pay a call out fee and emailed a quote. I called them to explain how unfair this was on me and they hung up on me and refused my request to have the call out fee reduced or removed. You will be up for a $140 call out fee if you proceed with them I the contacted appliances online. Absolutely fantastic. Removal, new installation

Terrible service. Completed and accepted payment for a warranty claim that was never fixed. Blamed the manufacturer instead of accepting fault - “we only get paid for parts and the company push us to finish jobs the hour they’re done” Technician clearly had little idea what he was doing. Cannot recommend Julians less, especially when it comes to warranty work.

Fabulous service. I have used them three times for completely different things... a replacement glass microwave dish, my washer/dryer repair, and new whisks for my hand mixer. Every time staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and service was excellent and by old school genuine people. Would highly recommend!

I've visited Julian's appliance centre a number of times.
They have always been so helpful taking the time to discuss and provide a resolution.
One occasion I was looking to get a dryer vent. They looked into it and found the part I was after.
Another occasion I'd actually purchased a part on line for my rangehood and needed the wiring from the old part into the new part.
I should of just gone to them first!
They helped me out and didn't even mention the part I got on line they were just happy to help me.
I highly recommend Julian's.
