The family business is owned and operated by David and Jannine Dolley. David came from an Electrical wholesaling background and Jannine from a background in banking and distribution. They began specialising in selling only light globes and elements. But after a while David realised that there was a need in the market place for appliance spare parts.

Find Your Model Number Report

The model number is very important when parts are required for your appliance. Always have the full model number on hand when ordering parts and always include any *# and numbers or letters following. Most refrigerator model numbers are located inside the refrigerator on either the left or right wall of the refrigerate compartment in an easy to see location.

They were quick in getting the part I needed for my fridge and when it did not fit, Dave came to my home to check the issue and he helped me rectify it. He did go out of his way to help. outstanding service and very professional

It is a very good place. I need it apart for my microwave. And my rangehood mesh. I called them around at 4:30 end afternoon and the made all items ready in 15 minutes and i received them in less than half an hour. Very good customer service and reasonable price. Must recommend.

More than 8 weeks waiting on a rebuild kit in which time washing machine completely died and needed complete replacement and will not refund money was told only 2 week wait disgusting response lost $160 for absolutely nothing

My boyfriend sent me here to get a part for our fridge that was broken, I forgot what exactly he asked for and he wasn't answering the phone (typical) the staff where super friendly and ran me through a few different parts before they went over one that sparked my memory, bought it home to my boyfriend and it fixed our fridge perfect! Super easy and lovely experience, especially for someone that has no idea what she's doing

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Communication was horrendous, no-one in the store knew what was going on with our part. Received a message to say it was in and then called to check and was told that it hadn’t arrived, went to check out the back and was told that it had arrived that morning. These guys couldn’t organise their way out of a paper bag and should not be in business.
Promised 5 days to delivery and took 3 weeks!!
Went to collect and the wrong part had been ordered even though we gave them the exact product code required.
Have now been without a washing machine for

I was waiting out the front for my husband to call with a model no that I left home without I had already been into the store and the customer services guy new that I was out side. They shut 5 min early and did even have the decency to tell me they were closing ... oh well there lose for now and future lost a sale today of over $100 and future sales don’t go here. Went to Julian appliances not only got what I wanted but had fantastic service

I’m writing this Review on behalf of my dad his name is Mark Carlyle. A few months ago he rang up Geelong appliance spares about his fridge the shelves of the fridge and they helped him out ASAP then the other day he rang up about his cooktop stove and they helped him out ASAP. He is very happy how they helped him out very helpful staff . He also said that the people who work there are very polite and pleasant to talk with and deal with.
