Tried takeaway from here for the first time (supporting our locals during lockdown) - staff were lovely, dishes were very tasty (the Pad Thai noodles were more authentic than some other Thai restaurants) the servings were generous - we ordered seafood dishes, could have been more seafood, but overall we were very happy with our meals. Will definitely try the restaurant when the lockdown is over!

Boronia Thai is the best thai restaurant in Melbourne. The food is always fresh and has wonderful flavours. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Boronia Thai for a great meal and great prices. If I could give more than five stars I would. Can't wait for our next meal there!

Well that was a nice surprise, first time I've been here and treated like a king. The red wine was not bad at all, the roti was nice and I really enjoyed the chicken pad see ew. I will certainly be back to try some more dishes in the future, next time I might bring my own bottle of wine as its BYO wine only. The decor and dark colour scheme give the place a cosy charm and I could hear everything the girls said three tables away from me which makes dining alone more entertaining, but not that loud so it wasn't annoying. I give them a big two thumbs up.

This small restaurant has been serving up the best Thai food in the area for years now.
Every time we eat here, it's hard to choose what to have, as everything always impresses. The staff are absolutely charming, and remember you even if you haven't been in for a year.
Great for groups, (book ahead) and accommodating parties of up to 15 or 20 easily despite the size of the place, they manage to keep the orders arrival at the table pretty in sync. You can BYO wine, or purchase your drinks from the fridge. There is a small selection of beer available by the bottle.
