Services
We offer a remote support solution which we recommend for simple or quick to resolve issues. To be able to remotely access your PC and provide support, the affected PC requires internet connection. Remote support is charged at $17.05 per 6 minute increments. However, we do not recommend this option if your PC is infected with viruses or has hardware issues.
We recommend bringing your computer into the Workshop if the problem is a Hardware issue, Virus /malware infection, Data transfer, Hardware or Software upgrades. As these repairs can take a long time it will be more cost effective for our customers if these repairs were done in-house rather than onsite.
Having internet issues? Need to setup a new modem? Printer not working?. Our knowledgeable Technicians can attend to a range of issues onsite at your premises whether it's your home, small business or corporate offices. We Service all Perth Metropolitan areas up to 20 KM of the Perth CBD, with no call out fee.

Oss responded promptly to request for assistance. He is meticulous and time conscious in his approach hence; providing a cost efficient solution. Whole process, from time of 1st contact to final resolution; was done and dusted in under 2 hours. Had attendance from Lanto as well, on prior occasion; with a similar approach. Yes, would recommend PC Guru.

The whole team are so knowledgeable with everything that I have needed help with and they are, which I hasten to add is really rare these days
so patient and explain everything that they are doing so that I understand what has been done and what I need to know for future reference.
I am getting on in years and it is not often that you get the patience and the service that they provide. I would recommend them to anyone who
need the kind of help that they have

PC GURU is absolutely amazing, worth every cent!
I would sit on the phone to another large telecomm/computer company and they still wouldnt be able to fix my computer/internet. They would promise to call back the next day... and never call- or if they did it would be days later
One phone call to PC GURU and about 5 minutes later and their techs have remotely accessed my computer and fixed the problem
