There seems to be a lot of good reviews here, but unfortunately my experience is the opposite. I called Gutter Squad for a gutter repair/clean and they have sub-contracted it to Gary Renouf Plumbing. Two guys spent 4 hrs cleaning a single storey house, and most of the time they were chatting rather than doing actual work as there's still a lot of mud left behind in the gutter. Also, they have not diagnosed the issue of the gutter leak. I would not use them again.

Adam and Grant took care of a replacement water heater for us and we couldn't be happier with the result. Incredibly fast and efficient service from my initial call, through to the end of the job. Also got some help with some minor drain issues, and the guys left the work area clean and tidy.

I was after a rainwater tank but didn't have a clue on what was available or what we could fit next to the house. Gary Renouf Plumbing were able to advise on what tanks would be suitable and did everything from ground preparation to tank and pump installation. I'm extremely satisfied with the result

Oscar was great. Very professional and honest about the solution for the water heater problem. He ordered all the parts, installed the new hot water heater and there were no additional add on fees to the original quote. I would definitely use Gary Renouf Plumbing again.

As a property manager I need reliable trades to be able to do their job with minimal input from myself. Last Saturday I has cause to notify Gary Renouf Plumbing of a blocked drain in a managed property. The following day I received an email from the tenant that the plumber had come and fixed the drain and thanked me for the fast response. This is what I have come to expect from Gary Renouf Plumbing and I will continue to use their Services
