I called them for a blocked shower drain, which they attempted promptly. They stayed little more than an hour and couldn't fix the issue. Said that the bottom roof should be opened for repairs. I called another plumber who spent 5 minutes and fixed the issue. Now while testing, the water started leaking downstairs. The new plumber realised that Gladesville plumber have damaged the waterproofing around the drainage in order to try cleaning. Now lot of rework in waterproofing, roofs to be redone and painting - it is a total mess for something they could've done easily. Called them and they said they

We've worked with Joe and his team over a number of jobs. Today's job, done by Ross and Nick, was indicative of all the jobs so far, and there will be more. The boys were on time, totally prepared, very responsive to my questions and finished the job entirely to my satisfaction. We could not be happier with this and all the other jobs. Gladesville Plumbing recently did a makeover of our bathrooms, installing new toilets and tapware as well as some minor grouting, cementing, and tiling. They were extremely professional and the work was of an excellent standard. They responded quickly and kept us updated on the progress. The finished product is excellent. Great service at a good price.
