I had lunch here today and I have to say I will be hard pressed to eat here again. My daughter had a mouldy Turkish Roll and apart from getting a refund the staff member seemed more interested in letting us know there were only 2 rolls with mould. The Caesar Salad with Chicken was bland with the chicken having no flavour and there seemed to be an over abundance of lettuce and not much dressing. I will not be returning ant time soon.

This wasn't a great experience. When asking a lass if dinner would be OK, the lass was abrupt. Asked if we had checked in we said yes. Then wanted proof. Fair enough. Showed her my QLD covid check in. The said to me does "she have it" referring to my wife standing next to me. Which seemed a bit discourteous.
Then told us to pick a seat and order using the qr code.
So we worked out an order and tried to pay online preferencing PAYPAL. This sputtered out an error. Then tried again. This the took us to a ad selling share finance services. Then backed out
to checkout as the were no further options

My brother has the ribs, and was near throwing up with the gross taste. The barramundi my mum had was chewy with an old salad and the chips taste like they’ve been sitting in the heater for a week. Dads steak was average but the mushroom sauce was mushroom water. My sister in law asks “how do you mess up steamed veggies!?” And as for me the best part of my dish was the mushed peas. We have been long time customers of yamanto tavern, I guess not anymore. Abysmal is to compliment them.
Shout out to the assistant manager and his mojito - not on the menu but a highlight by far.

Came here with my Aunty and my kids for lunch
Service was lovely but the food was terrible . My son had the pork bao buns that he said had no flavor and were half cold and half hot
My Aunty had the calamari salad and chips- salad wasn’t very appetizing and the chips were not cooked properly
I had the fisherman’s platter- chips were ok cooked but the scoliosis were over cooked and almost burnt and the prawn twisters were soggy
We finished eating and sat there for 15 min before I got up to see where our deserts were. I had to ask for them. There wasn’t many people in the restaurant but

My husband and I have just finished our breath taking dinner and we can not over state the taste and service we received. We were told that tonight was the first night of the new menu. The selection we had was outstanding and the quality and taste was out of this world. I would highly recommend any one looking for a great meal to try the Yamanto tavern. The staff were excellent especially the male server (I didn't get his name ) and leah. They were attentive to us all night.

Went there for a holiday lunch and staff was struggling with communication. Informed us that their tablets weren't working properly so service is slower than usual. It definitely wasn't busy because fries were being used as projectiles between staff. I don't know why verbal communication couldn't work since it's been around for hundreds of years but I guess that's the capabilities of staff at the moment. If I do go there again, (recommended by the couple we were with), I hope the service is more professional for their price.

Thank you so so soooo very much !!! We had our wedding reception there last night and all I can say is thank you. Amber was absolutely Amazing. She kept in contact with me, worked with me, did everything she could to make our night special. She decorated the room up for us exactly the way I pictured it which was absolutely beautiful as well. They food was so amazing ❤️ the pricing was perfect and all the different food was fantastic.
We will definitely be back just for dinner or something cause it was amazing. Honestly can't give yous enough praise for everything. Loved that even the bar staff
