We had a good run with Flexilift and I thought they were reputable until we found they'd they sold us a lemon!
Granted it was a reconditioned unit which allegedly had been fully checked over, and it had fairly low hours. In the past 12 months we've added a total of 75 hours to the clock (i.e. we've barely used it for max 1.5 hrs per week).
In the last 4 months it started to drop oil and coolant, and we've had it assessed to find that the radiator and steering hydraulics are shot... costs needed of $3-4K
Flexilift now don't seem too interested - they are just hiding behind their 'wear and tear
