This firm and property manager James are one of the best Real Estate professionals I ever came across. As a tenant, I never had issues in contacting them or getting things done. James was super helpful even during the COVID lockdown period. I would highly recommend Holland Price to anyone in the rental market.

James and Carl from Holland Price are very professional , prompt and friendly. They respond to our questions with enthusiasm , and ALWAYS follow up. They have been excellent in speaking on our behalf to the owner of our rental , as well as with Building Management and Body Corp . They have treated every one of our interactions with utmost priority and urgency. My partner and I had a great leasing experience with Holland Price Real Estate. The application process was uncomplicated, and our original property manager was prompt in facilitating maintenance when we first moved in.
Their approach to managing the property over the past two years was somewhat relaxed, though we were always confident to call on them whenever we needed assistance or advice.
James and Carl were exceptionally helpful over the past few months when arranging maintenance requests, and providing communication between the Rental Provider and ourselves - even outside of business hours

A bunch of unauthentic crooks who only care about taking your money. When you think of 'the ends justify the means' this agency comes to mind. Will tell you any old garbage.
Once you've signed on the line they don't return your calls and treat you with the most utter contempt.
I wish I had read the reviews before dealing with this entity.
Have made a complaint to the REIV and hope they get the book thrown at them and their licence is withdrawn.
Mr Sordello was more interested in looking at my daughter than speaking with me about the house.
AVOID.

These guys are head and shoulders above the rest. Robert Sordello has sold a couple of properties for me now, and bought one on my behalf (on the same day he sold my other house, he came round and successfully bid for the other at auction, without charging me a cent for the favour).
He and Nathan Roylance have just recently sold my house - absolutely great price, great process and one that they together made as stress free, smooth and easy as possible.

I rented a property from Holland Price a little over 12 months ago. It was great to go to an agent who actually knows their area (insert bad experience with people claiming to know the Northside here). They hooked me up with a sweet pad in Brunswick which I am still in. I had some trouble with the hot water which they fixed stat and when I say stat I didnt even have time to get dirty. They are a little old school i.e. you will probably sign your lease at a cafe on Sydney Rd rather than a corporate boardroom, but if you want a personal touch, local knowledge and old fashion customer service then
