Melissa, our property manager has been professional and responsive with our request and has been lovely to deal with. She was thorough in her condition report and feel that she will deal with us for the rest of our tenancy fairly.

Really disappointed with the agents!. After vacating property, we noticed that it was the hardest thing to do. Melissa put a lot of unreasonable claims against us and after my bond. She asked me to pay for painting the ceiling, walls etc. The unit was old!!. I have done my parts, had to moved out in stage 4 restriction last year. They were totally not helpful. I wanted to talk and discussed with the Landlord, but the agent avoid that. Well, it's a sign of dishonesty. As I don't want to pay the claims from my bond, I asked her to take this to VCAT and it's been 9 months waiting for hearing. It's

I am so happy that I am with Maddison Estate Agents. They are a local business and all my questions are answered. They are not a big chain so I get a personal experience every time. I am a person to them not just a number. My rental property was let within a week the first time it went up for lease four years ago. As soon as the tenants gave notice, I was notified and I had new tenants within two weeks.
