This bank play very high handed and have poor customer services. recently many customer get scam and I am one of them. they 1st promised 9 days of investigation but extended to 28 days. Last night I gotten a… call from them and was told my case is "not in category" and bank refuse to compensate inspired that their delayed un call center plus security issue of allowing old id to be used even it has been changed to new. The person called cannot explain what banks means "not in category" and keep mentioning compensation is out of good will. but their CEO announced all affected customer will

There is always someone there to assist you if you any need banking help. The lighting is bright and has a welcoming vibe. As with most OCBC branches, this is also open everyday from 11 am to 7 pm, making it convenient to perform any banking transaction.
