Services
I am recognized by the Australian Government to advise, represent and provide the DEPARTMENT OF HOME AFFAIRS (DHA) information regarding a client. In Australia, a Migration Agent must pass a rigorous registration process which is controlled by the Government's Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
The Australia skills list or Skilled Occupation List (SOL) is used as part of the Australian points system for immigration. In order to qualify for skilled migration to Australia, you must nominate an occupation from the SOL. However, if you are applying for skilled migration via nomination by a State or Territory Government, you also have the option of nominating an occupation from the Consolidated Sponsored Occupation List (CSOL).
You may have an Occupation suitable for Australia permanent residency if you have worked in that Occupation for several years. This is a points based visa and initial submission is as an 'Expression of Interest' (EOI). DIBP will determine whether your Occupation meets the annual quota and offer you an Invitation to apply for permanent residency.
The employer will need to meet immigration criteria in order to be allowed to sponsor overseas workers, primarily being financially viable with a commitment to training the company's current Australian employees. There is a minimum salary to be paid. The applicant must have the necessary job skills and may need educational qualifications to fulfil the position.
This can be a difficult visa to apply for if you don't know the legal rules for an application. We have a 100% success rate on spouse applications and we ensure that your application has the best possible presentation. In most cases, permanent residence cannot be granted less than two years from when you lodge your application.

Unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. Received an automated email response about a declined application with no reasons why. Called the hotline and the operator would not allow me to speak to anybody or arrange a time to visit in person. Told to just keep reapplying or visit a immigration specialist. Why would an Australian citizen requesting to leave Australia be required to hire someone to do the job of his government? What a waste of everyone’s time and tax payers dollars.

Don't phone ! They are no help AT ALL... all they could say is just wait... didn't look into the issue... just some obvious immigrant on the other end don't know how she got her citizenship as English was a second language to her.
Just told to wait... if they need to they will contact you... why even answer your phone.

I had such a pleasant experience while conducting my citizenship interview/ test! The security staff and the interviewers were absolutely lovely! I think I got treated better here, than as a customer at a shop!
Don't be nervous to take your citizenship test! They're not nasty or rude like the reviews say.

Had a smooth experience for citizenship today. The security is professional and excellent at verifying before letting you in.
The staff I interacted with were pleasant and made me at ease. The rest was scheduled for 2 hours but I was done in 20 minutes.
Be aware though that there are no washrooms (that I know of) in the waiting area for for applicants. You will have to walk down the steer around 5-6 minutes to get to a washroom in one of the malls.

I attended DHA office for a citizenship interview and test on Oct 30. From the moment I stepped in to the moment I stepped out I had a great experience and found both security and staff respectful and polite. The staff we in particular very friendly despite having to work on a weekend. Even the waiting environment was nice and freshly painted with COVID provisions to observe. 5* experience.
Pro tip, don't turn up too early and expect to be allowed in to the building. You'll just stress the security team as there is limited seating inside as I've explained (COVID provisions), you'll get turned

I was in the office to do my citizenship test. The lady near the kiosk machine was extremely rude. Probably the rudest person I have ever seen. If I was not in a hurry I would've said something to the manager or officer in charge regarding how the security lady treats the people. It was not just me who she was rude to, she was rude to literally everyone who comes and do their citizenship exam or have an appointment. We, the test takers felt intimidated and discriminated. Her ways of treating people was the exact opposite on how an Australian should treat other people which is clearly stated in

After reading all the negative reviews I feel it's only right to contribute my thoughts and honest opinion. I had to do my interview and citizenship test yesterday so I arrived early. However I knew I had to get there 15 minutes before my appointment time so when it was time I walked in, spoke to a lovely man at the door who crossed my name off the list and proceeded to direct me where to go. Once I was on level 3 I scanned my barcode and the machine immediately gave me a ticket. Seconds later I was called up to a desk and an hour later i was done. My case officer was such a lovely man.
