When I was looking for Life Insurance, they were the only ones that did $50,000, great price, including final expenses, so that will pay for my funeral when needed also, the rest only did $100,000 plus.

They apparently gave me a refund but after nearly 2 years since my policy expired didn't check if my bank details were the same

I would not recommend this place at all. Nothing but hassles and hurt trying to get the money my family was entitled to after my dad's passing. An 'accident' can't be self inflicted.. so driving isn't self inflicted? Riding a bike? An accident is an accident, especially when the coroner's report is saying that the deceased had no intention of ending his life.
I won't be insuring myself here, nor my pet or any other family members. And telling them not to bother with this atrocious company.
Four young people were left without their father, their last parent and the word of the coroner is not enough

DO NOT USE LETS INSURE!
After finding they would not honour my fathers policy due to reasons not within any paperwork we had, leaving us with $7k to pay to cremate him overseas, then to have us jump through hoops just to get a refund of his paid premiums, in which I had to follow up on a week after initial contact and them saying someone would be in touch within 2-3 days but never did & then their staff not even being able to recognise an international death certificate. Now they refuse to pay the refund to us and have sent to his frozen bank account. Doesn’t leave a nice taste in your mouth

The whole process of signing and the approval was quick and easy. I now have one less stress in knowing my kids will be alright if anything should happen to me. I would recommend giving these guys a go.

Harassing me on the mobile phone.
First time they called I told them I was sorry but I could not take calls at work on my mobile (unrecognised number and I assumed it could be someone calling about an emergency with one of my children).
A couple of hours later they called and I told them what I had previously said but now that they had called me back again, I did not want to ever be called from them and to take my number off their database (how it got on there in the first place is a mystery). It is 5 hours later and I am at home and they called again.
I will contact the ACMA and Insurance ombudsman

I recently signed up for an accidental cover with Let's Insure. To my surprise the papers were processed in no time. No health related questions or any medical records asked. Super cool. Icing on the cake was their worldwide coverage. I am a frequent traveler and this was simply irresistible one. I find them quite affordable and genuine.
