Salesman was good. Technical support was good. There was a fault when they installed the computer system to the crane. I couldn't get the crane to work at all when I first got it. The crane was fixed and they wanted to bill me for the correct installation of the computer. There was massive hydraulic leak and they wouldn't send a technician to fix… it using covid as an excuse for why the technician couldn't come to site. But I spoke to the technician and he was willing to come to site. Maxilift didn't want to pay for him to come to site. The computer installation is still not working right
