Established in 1964, Hydroil is an independent, family-owned manufacturing company based in South Australia.

Hydroil's HSH Series industrial, heavy-duty Roundline Cylinders consist of a welded construction with a ductile iron threaded gland and are rated to 3000 psi working pressure. Our Roundline Cylinders are designed, engineered and manufactured to provide reliability and performance. The range has 10 standard mounting styles, but customer specific mountings and requirements can be incorporated into the HSH cylinder design.
Hydroil's Tie Rod Cylinders are manufactured for safety and performance, utilising high-strength threaded steel rods to hold the two end caps to the cylinder barrel. Our NPFA standard cylinders are available in a variety of bore sizes, mounting styles and stroke lengths. Custom mounts can also be manufactured.
The HHMI Series ISO6022 Metric Mill cylinder range is manufactured for heavy industrial applications. Designed and factory tested to comply with international standards. Our Metric Mill range offers bore sizes from 50mm to 500mm and piston rod sizes from 32mm to 360mm. They have an operating temperature range between -30°C to 100°C, 6 mounting styles and a working pressure of 250 Bar.
