From the onsite measure & quote to the installation John was extremely professional. I am pretty sure the reviews here are from family and friends. We had 4 roller blinds made for our house, the colour and material was not what we agreed on, the installation was terrible and we had to get the gyprock professionally repaired after John botched up the position the first time, letting light through the top, and he was loud and rude through the entire process, if you have the displeasure of meeting him, you will see what I mean.

I am very impressed by the service and products provided by Millenium Blinds.
John visited to provide a no fuss quote. He was honest and suggested the best blinds for my 2 bedroom apartment that would meet my needs and be cost effective.
The installation was quick and the blinds fit perfectly.

Wow, we've just had a new blind installed and the service from making the booking, obtaining a quote, payment and installation were first class. I can't recommend this business highly enough. We did try another blind company and they were so limited on when they could provide a quote so please we found Millenium Blinds. 10/10

Very frustrated and disappointed with the customer service provided by Millenium blinds. My experience as a customer is that they don't value it's customers. For multiple times they did not meet the timelines for the installation and whenever I asked about it I got a rude answer or just been completely ignored. As I work with customer service myself I find it quiet upsetting to know that people who work with public can act in such manner. My recommendation is to stay away from this company.
