Our story began in country New South Wales more than 75 years ago. Joseph Mansour began his career as a travelling fabric hawker based in Moree in 1906, selling fabrics, bedding and haberdashery, always with an eye for quality and style. Joseph's business grew, and so did his family. In 1939 Joseph's eldest son Lawrence opened Mansours first retail store in Campsie, Sydney, less than 10 kilometres from the current showroom in Camperdown.
For the next 50 years, Mansours grew its reputation as a household name, continuing its tradition of high quality and custom design while continuing to expand its retail stores. It expanded to add a range of soft furnishings, bed-linen and towels to its core offering of quality fabrics, curtains and blinds.

Consistently poor customer service over the last 10 years. Staff are aloof and disinterested. The sales/designer offered me a discount which the company were unwilling to honour. Great range, lovely quality fabrics but after speaking to staff yet again this week, I'm unwilling to give them my money again.

Terrible after sale customer service. Had issues with large blinds installed that kept falling down apparently due to my feature wall, so let that go and left the blinds off. Now i have called multiple times over 2 months to get 2 motorised blinds serviced as they are not working and they are still under warranty but they refuse to call back/respond. Have finally given up and lodged a complaint with fair trading.

Couldn’t be happier with our new blinds and sheers. Ryan was incredibly patient and made several trips to the house whilst we deliberated over designs and fabrics. Their fabric choice was superior to competitors - especially sheers - and they were willing to negotiate on price. Installation was smooth and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend.

I am a very fair, reasonable educated person. Second time I have used these people; should never have given them a second chance after they stuffed the first order up. Very nice fabrics.
Quite simply dealing with them has been one of the worst experiences in dealing with a home services company I have ever experienced. And I have dealt with hundreds of them over the years.
Completely unreliable and unprofessional. Very expensive too..

Mansours did both blinds and curtains for our apartment.
The fabric we chose for the curtains was out of stock, however Mansours went out of their way to accodomate us and get the roller blinds in ASAP so we would at least have some privacy.
Now everything has been installed we're really happy with the service and quality.
Definitely recommended.
