Took my boat trailer down to Rob at AGSR with a big list of problems, broken brakes, cracked welds, rusted bolts, old damaged wobble rollers, you name it he fixed the lot within a day, couldn’t be happier with the result.
Ive dealt with multiple boat shop service departments over the years and they don’t even come close. Would 1000% recommend AGSR

I bought a 7x4 high sided galvanised box trailer from Rob back in Oct20, with off-road suspension and an aluminum lid. I had specific requirements regarding swappable tailgates and H frames since the trailer is multi purpose for 4WD, motorbikes etc. Rob is an expert and a gent. Excellent craftsmanship, and great customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. End result is spot on.

Rob at AGSR came highly recommend and I was not disappointed. He made me a 7x5 high sided box trailer, which I have taken delivery of last week and used a couple of times already.
The workmanship is excellent and the best quality materials used. The finer points of Rob's design are also first class.
Rob arranged for Nick at Protrim to make a custom tonneau cover, as all part of the process.
The sales experience was excellent, and up and down in less than 4 weeks.

Rob at AGSR is awesome, highly recommend his services. He looks after our boat trailer, 2 caravans and a box trailer. Customer service is great, communication is excellent, he is honest and transparent and prices are good. It's hard to find someone that ticks all the boxes in this industry. Most importantly, you can rely on the quality of his work and his honesty. He's probably not the cheapest, but definitely the best value and you get peace of mind knowing you won't break down on the highway halfway between 2 towns.

My husband is a contractor and just purchased a zero-turn lawn mower. AGSR built a custom trailer with reinforced ramp, axle and base with stabiliser bars. The turnaround was a few weeks. It is an absolute pleasure to drive on the expressway. There is no sway, bumps, and he can stick to the speed limit. It's been the best investment in trailers that he's ever made and he receives compliments from others in the industry as to how fantastic the setup is.

I spent over $4000 with Rob for parts and repairs on my boat trailer.
Really helpful at the start( I would have given him 5 stars then) but when things went wrong the guy changed big time. I had skids recovered, 6 weeks later the left collapsed. Never had issues before. He lost his bundle even though it took 30 mins to fix. All my fault.
Brand new jockey wheel seized after 3 months, will not replace. I made the mistake of not getting a receipt for it otherwise fair trading would have been my next call. Always get a receipt no matter how nice they are during the sales process as when things fail

Needed electric brakes put on my camper trailer and chose Rob based upon the quality of his Google review score and comments. Not only is he a great guy to deal with but his workmanship is excellent and his price was very reasonable.
Highly recommend.....in fact I have already recommended him to a mate with a rusted out boat trailer.

There was never any one else i would have had do my Mobile Grooming Trailer custom build. Rob has been a long time service/repairer of my previous trailer(10 years +) When it came time to build a new trailer rob at AGSR trailers was my only choice. I have been so pleased with the result and have had many comments as to the workmanship. Robs team of trailers specialists are the BEST in my books.
