Really disappointed with these guys. Called and asked for a quote - gave all the info but, no one got back to me. I then called another three times before finally speaking to Neil again. He gave some excuse about being busy then asks me all the same questions he asked me the week earlier (looks like he lost my notes!) Anyway, after discussing my job he tells me he cant do it. Why not tell me that the first time I called!!!!! Why did we have to go through it all again for you to tell me you cant do it? I lost of week of time waiting, then lost more time chasing them up, then more time discussing
