Lady on the phone is so rude. people have just had their cars towed, already having a bad day, this lady went out of her way to make mast comments about me (never even met me) as well as yelling rude comments at me and hanging up on me. Generally made the whole experience so much worse for me. when she could have cb made it easier considering i have to pay the same amount either way

Do not use under any circumstances. One of their employees (Shaun) is very rude, and incompetent. have witnessed on numerous occasions how he talks down to women and shouts them down. Dealt with other staff who were nice (Darren) and even they apologised for this guy's behaviour. Plenty of other towing companies in Vic .

After stressing for months about how I was going to remove a damaged old vehicle that had no key and steering was locked anytime towing came to the rescue! So happy with the service from these guys. From the first initial call to the the pick up they were happy to help and great to deal with! Thanks guys would highly recommend!
