Today was my first visit at this clinic. From booking an appointment over the phone to my actual appointment was very seamless. I didn’t encounter any problem. I had no problems with the receptionist at all. They had really good modern equipments, the clinic was very clean. Dr. Archi was really lovely, they explained everything to me to which it was very easy to understand. Really deserve 5 stars and can’t wait to take my kids here for their dental appointments.

Today was my first visit at this clinic, I felt welcomed and comfortable from the minute I stepped in the door to the moment I left. The receptionist is lovely the dental assistant is bright & bubbly , the dentist Aiman Hashem is thorough, gentle and explained everything to me in detail even drawing things to show me and also told me I didn’t need to do things that a previous dentist told me I should have done because it’s unnecessary. Thank you all, I’ll be back next week and send my kids and hubby here as well from now in

Bad service! I have referred numerous family members to this dentist and I'm very disappointed in the service they have provided. The receptionist is unhelpful and rude. She used the words 'I am not dealing with you' and placed me on hold for 20 mins. The owner should be more aware of how she is treating his customers. Not to mention RIDICULOUS wait times to get products I have ALREADY PAID FOR!

First consult at this surgery and was made to feel like home. The place was super clean and the staff were very attentive! Aiman explained everything in detail about what he was doing and checked in every so often to make sure i was comfortable.

I have been coming to this clinic over a year and it took me a while to find the right dentist and one I feel comfortable with. From the very beginning I instantly was welcomed by the friendly faces of Dr Aiman and Cassandra. They were so easy to talk to and explain what I was after.
COVID hit and there was a pause however, during this time they kept in contact and asked if I wanted to continue and always let me know if there were any cancellations so I can go to see them earlier.
I returned once restrictions eased and back on the grind we go. As of 14/05/21 we have finally reached the end goal
