Established in Adelaide in the 60's, Joe Quattrone began working at Cygnet Pool Supplies in 1976 and in 1979 moved back to Melbourne to work at Cygnet Pool Supplies in Mount Waverley. In 1982 Joe and his wife Kay bought the business and have since then expanded to over 8500 customers in and around the Waverley area.

Great customer service. Moved into a new house with a spa and have no idea how to maintain or what chemicals i needed. When i when in, they were extremely helpful and very patient. I had a lot of questions and they were happy to answer them all. Have been in 3 times this week and each time they were helpful and tested my spa water to ensure the chemicals were balanced. Highly recommended.

I would rather do it myself to care my own pool because their service is way too expensive. The installation cost you almost the same as buying a new equipment. Let say, you buy a dishwasher for $1000, and their installation is another $800. So if they sell dishwasher and you are going to buy from them, it would cost you $1800, even the exact same model cost you $1000 if you buy from other suppliers. MDZZ. They also declare they provide the best pool service in this area. But the crazy price really scare me away. I totally agree with Anthony.

Went there one day and it was one of the greatest pool-based experiences of my life! A really good looking young lad served me in the water tests and knew exactly how to handle the situation. The owner is also very patient and knows how to deal with any issues that I've had with the pool. Overall a fantastic experience and it makes my pool maintenance easy!!

My family and I are extremely fortunate we live in a lovely home in Mt Waverley that has a stunning pool that is used all year round by our three children and their friends. Cygnet Pools of Glen Waverley have been managing our pool cleaning and quality for some years as result of the busy lifestyle we lead. Their service is outstanding to the point where we take the pool quality for granted. Their Service Technicians attend on a monthly basis and we seldom see them or know they have been given the pool quality consistency. We would thoroughly recommend Cygnet Pools service to anyone.

Been using these guys for over six years. Always been loyal to my local trader. Then one day my filter cartridge needed to be replaced (housing cylinder). I called for a qoute but they were busy at the time so I called someone else near by. Got my quote from a different supplier that I'd never used and quoted $480 fitted.
Finally got a call back from cygnet and sent out a pool guy to check the obvious that I already had told them.
Quoted me a crazy $1100 fitted. I told him that I had another price that was half. Didn't care. Lost his sale. Told me that's the price. Called the owner and told him
