Stay well clear!!! Heat pump supplied and installed, pipework of the level 100mm, don’t follow manufacturers recommendation I.E. unit not fixed down, anti vibration mounts not fitted and thrown away, unit alway coming up with error code 03 flow switch fault as it is trying to run when recirculation pump ain’t on, head gasket blown on sand filter, promise of cost price sand filter if needing replaced, recirculating pump now broken and needing replaced and also new sand filter required!!! Guaranteed $300 installation price false as new power supply was needed at my cost as calculation
