Hasn't completed a major repair in the property in 6 years despite arranging "quotes" and trades people to come and "look at the problem". Advised by the company representative that their only duty is to the landlord, the person who "pays them for their service"

Very rude agents. I applied for a property and the other day I get an email saying my application is withdrawn. In which case I didn't withdraw my application. When I contacted the agent who was managing the property ALISON BURGESS, she said it was clicked by mistake, but didn't apologise instead she said my application will not be processing further. So unprofessional and rude. Do not want to deal with this company anymore. I withdrew my application myself at the end. Do not recommend McGrath to anyone.

They've always responded fast to any issues and have gone above and beyond their responsibilities to help out with issues with the strata managers of the building complex.
They are always professional, friendly and keep their promises every step of the way.
As a tenant when it came to renew the quality of service they provide was fundamental in the choice to stay in the property for another 12 months. Why risk getting a bad manager at another property when you've got a good one in a house

We found McGrath to be disorganized and constantly putting off necessary maintenance when we rented from them 2010 to 2011.
If you sign a contract with McGrath I recommend communicating with them via email during your tenancy to protect you in the unlikely event there's an issue. McGrath (on behalf of our landlord) tried to take advantage of us at the end of our lease. Luckily we had always been in touch through email, which helped us in the Residential Tenancies Tribunal!
So two thirds through out tenancy our unit needed maintenance for a leaky shower and a rotting wooden screen door
