We met Victor and his team at the first house open - they were "on" and ready; with a welcome approach. Prospective buyers could venture about the property without feeling hurried. Victor was personable, down-to-earth and quietly passionate about real estate. Victor does his clients a great service by knowing the area well and being realistic; whilst aiming to achieve the best outcome. The communication with Victor's office was fast and efficient - all parties moving to make a deal without delay. I would recommend Victor with enthusiasm - especially for a more personalised

Don't deal with this agency. They are not refined by any standard. They don't care for people, only for money, money, money. They make easy money by overcharging owners and exploiting tenants, treating them like in the times of feudalism, working very little hours. They have no idea of what 'customer satisfaction' means. My complaints against them were never addressed and my calls never returned. But times are changing. The real estate market is about to experience a big downturn, especially in SA, and they will be soon out of business.

I was about to start my hunt for an agent to sell my home, when I met Victor by chance whilst he was out with his family, finding out he could help me I grabbed a card and decided to give Refined a go (mainly figuring it would save me a lot of ringing around that week).
