At Knox Childcare and Kindergarten we aim to provide a safe, warm, secure environment for your child. We provide 'homely' centre where children from all backgrouds feel welcome and are able to express themselves in a positive, safe and supported way. Staff are an integral part of our centre and are encouraged to continue their professional development to enhance the program. Children are provided with opportunities to experience both indoor and outdoor activities and rest times are provided throughout the day. Services
HUGE, natural outdoor play areas with lots of room to discover, explore and develop their curiosity. You can capture a child's development by posting photos, videos, stories, moments, notes and responses. Creating a Storypark account is quick, easy and free for parents and families. Storypark is 'child-centric' which means any account must be connected to a child's profile.
I have a Diploma of Community Services in Childcare and I have been a Centre Director since 2001. My aim as Centre Director is to provide a happy, warm and safe environment in which your children can learn and express themselves freely. Our centre is a home away from home for your children - our door is always open to all families, new or existing, to come and have a tour and spend time in with us.
The nursery caters for children from 6 weeks to approximately 2 years. There is a sleep area for cots along with a kitchenette for heating children's meals at a time in line with individual children's routines. The main focus of this room is to build the child's independence and make the separation from parents as easy as possible.
Children in this age group have a low carer ratio of one staff member for every four children. Those involved with toilet training will be allowed the time and patience to achieve this very important life lesson and once achieved the pride can be shared with all. In preparation for the over-3-year-old room children begin to take care of their own belongings.
Our Early Childhood Educators develop a program where your child will learn to be more independent and social amongst their peers, and gain more of an understanding of themselves as people, and the environment around them. Each child will be encouraged to help plan the educational activities, but never be forced to participate in anything they do not feel comfortable with.

I wish i had of found this childcare centre earlier!!!! These guys are absolutely amazing. Nicole has made us feel really welcome my little guy transitioned so well after not being in care for over a year! This is the best childcare centre i have ever been to and can not recommend them enough. The ladies are just lovely. Thanks guys for all the hard work you do it makes going back to work a breeze knowing my child is in your care. ❤️

Small center with not much outdoor room for children to play. Especially baby and toddler room they share a very small outdoor area. My child didn't get good care at this center. Always come home with dirty clothes full of food stain. Don't think they care about hygiene. The room leader Bianca in baby room is very rude. My child always come home with bruises on his body. I think they don't watch children closely or pay enough attentions. I was so regret to put my child there.

My children have been going to this centre for almost 3yrs. The staff are very friendly, professional and care about the wellbeing and development of all children. My kids are very happy being at this centre and feel loved and engaged by the educators. The daily activities are always changing and creative, lots of outdoor space (my sons love the slides) and they find the food delicious, usually going back for an extra serve. They are very strict with their medication administration policies and are extreamly prompt at contacting family with ANY knock or the smallest graze to above the neck injury

The staff at Knox childcare are amazing!! They have made me feel so comfortable in my process to return to work, especially the staff in Nursery!!
My first time in childcare and knowing that my daughter is happy and that she actually sleeps in care tells me that I have made the right choice in centres. Credit goes to the staff (especially Bianca) who have a calm and inviting environment and who are always happy, friendly and so easy to talk too.
Every time i go to pick my daughter up all the children are happy playing, the centre is very clean and your greeted with a smile.

We cannot happier with the amazing team at Knox Childcare and Kindergarten. Our eldest was there for 4.5 years and blossomed, as is our youngest. The team are like a second family, and are always after the best for the children. They are supportive, and have an incredibly open and honest communication style. They are superstars!!!

I could not recommend this Centre enough! I am updated consistently on what my daughter is doing, including loads of photos. If any accidents happen I am contacted immediately. Staff are super friendly, professional, and well educated. My daughter has come leaps and bounds socially since going here, and I am positive that I made the right decision.

I have now gone through (and still going!) the early years with my lot 3 times now at Knox Childcare and Kinder. Nicole and her wonderful team have always been so flexible and responsive to our little family’s needs which as a full-time working mum has been a godsend during my in-demand times. I loved the warm welcome we received from the same team who looked after my eldest 9 years ago and now looking after my youngest in the babies room this year. The team and leadership are amazing and I simply can’t rate them high enough. Special thanks to Bianca, Michelle, Annika, Uma and all the ladies
