Joyful Learning ELC offers education and care for children from 8 weeks to Pre-school age. It operates from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday and is closed on all public holidays. Services
Located next to the car park of the Mitcham railway station, Joyful Learning ELC a is a family owned and operated, purpose built childcare center and kindergarten. Together with carefully selected educators we share a commitment to nurture each child's unique qualities and potential. We believe that every child has the right to access and attend a high quality child care and kindergarten.
Maintaining the highest standards, we take the utmost care in employing qualified and experienced staff. Our Centre's staff work together to create a place where every child feels safe, happy and nurtured. Our Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor works with each family to ensure the very best pre-school experiences for each child.
Our educators will guide children towards healthy food habits, which will help them maintain a healthy weight and good health in the long term. Our facility is classified as Class 1 under the Victorian Food Act legislation. We adhere to our food safety program that is site-specific for food safety handling practices from food purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, cooking and serving to our children.
Our purpose-built Centre allows children to play, grow and learn in a beautiful, fun, unique and safe environment. We have two outdoor play areas with verandas and shaded areas that allow children to enjoy the outdoor exploration. All the rooms and outdoor spaces are designed specifically to meet the individual needs of children in each age group.

I highly recommend sending your child to Joyful learning ELC, my 3 year old son absolutely LOVES it there! The staff are all so friendly and genuinely care about supporting the children’s development. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff at Joyful, they are absolutely wonderful. I love that they structure learning activities around the children’s interests which really holds their attention and makes learning fun. My son’s social skills and speech have really improved since attending this daycare and he’s so happy and excited to go there everyday without any tears. The centre is
