Once again TK out did himself - I followed him from his old store - 12 hours worth of work on my ZX14R which included pretty much pulling the entire bike apart to fit the new braided hoses / levers / after market indicators and frame sliders.
She looks mint - no one else works on my bike.

A fantastic sales experience that was unfortunately let down at the very end. Will and Bernie are both hands down five stars. I'm not normally one to be negative but this has genuinely upset my mood. Upon purchasing my brand new street triple the parts team talked me through added part / options, I purposefully only selected a part that I was told to be in stock so that it would not hold me up from collecting the bike. Contract was signed, lump sum transfer made including the part and labour costs. Upon collecting the bike I noticed said part wasn't fitted, it was only at this point a team member

I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from TEAMMOTO again after this experience.
I'm about to purchase a new BMW... Now I will need to travel interstate so I don't buy from these rouges!
I have since purchased a New Yamaha Tenere 700 from a NON Teammoto dealership in SEQld and I travelled to Newcastle to purchase my Ducati 1200s Monster.
You piss on your customers, and they don't mind the inconvenience involved to piss on you back!

Have just purchased 2nd bike through these guys. First was HD Softail deluxe and now a 2018 Indian chieftain. I can't thank the staff enough especially Big Bernie who was fantastic throughout the whole sale. Right from the time I started making enquiries till the day I ride it away you cannot fault them. Over the past few years the service department has also been great too. Honest competitive and down right good people. I would highly recommend Team Moto to anyone. Give them a look before going anywhere else.

Really dissapointed with the lack of customer service and response. Had a warranty claim approved last November for my Indian and as of today nothing? A total lack of updates, no response to emails and had even left a message for the dealer principal who didn’t return my call. Forced to seek alternative options as I havent been able to ride my bike for over 4 months. Have spoken to other Indian owners and they have had the same experience- love the bike not so much the service experience . I am sure I’ll hear back now that I have posted 🤦♂️

I bought my first Trumpy from these guy's. Fantastic experience...great deal and found the exact bike I wanted on the day. I rang just after 9am I was done and dusted and riding my Rocket 3 by 4.45....and they had to source the bike from elsewhere for me..to top it off less than 48 hours ..it won 1st in stock bike at a show and shine lol.
